The codes on the flaps of Ducray product boxes
Why is there a code on the flap of my product's box? What is it for?
Since September 2017, we have been unveiling our new brand identity: our new Ducray logo, our new product packaging, now available at points of sale, and lastly, our new communication campaign.
And because we are already preparing some new surprises for later on, we have taken advantage of this change in packaging design to add the code to the flap on the box. So, as of now, there will be product code information which can be entered on our website.
As some of you may have noticed, there is no place to enter these codes at the moment, simply because the relationship program is currently under construction. However, it is now possible to create an account on our website; this will allow you to receive news and information about our brand's new products.
