At the same time, the DEXYANE ultra-rich cleansing gel and DEXYANE cleansing oil—both soap-free and fragrance-free—gently cleanse the skin while protecting it from dryness.
To minimize the effects of friction and external irritants, you can also use DEXYANE insulating barrier cream on your face and body. Resistant to water and detergents, it helps protect the skin from irritation.
