What is atopic eczema?

Atopic eczema, also known as constitutional eczema or atopic dermatitis, is the most common form of eczema. It mainly affects young children, sometimes in the first months of life, and in large proportions. There are many factors responsible for flare-ups, but they vary from one person to another and from one flare-up to another: pollen, animal hair, mites, wool, fragrances, stress, cold, perspiration, etc. 
It is therefore essential to take care of atopic eczema-prone skin on a daily basis.
