COVID-19: PRODUCTION OF DUCRAY HYDROALCOHOLIC GEL
The Pierre Fabre Group is proud to announce that it has reorganized its production lines in just a few days to produce hydroalcoholic gel.
PRODUCTION OF DUCRAY HYDROALCOHOLIC GEL
The Pierre Fabre Group is today fully focused on producing hydroalcoholic gel at its dermo-cosmetic manufacturing facility in Soual (Tarn, France). As part of our long-standing partnership with pharmacists, our commitment is to:
DUCRAY DONATES 50,000 BOTTLES OF HYDROALCOHOLIC GEL TO HOSPITALS & PHARMACIES
To help hospitals and healthcare personnel in the Occitanie region, Ducray has donated 50,000 bottles of hydroalcoholic gel (100 ml), produced in Soual (Tarn, France) and shipped from our logistics center in Muret (Haute-Garonne, France).
The packages also include masks, overshoes and hats supplied by our parent company, the Pierre Fabre Group. More than ever, this protective equipment is needed by caregivers and healthcare providers who are on the front line in the daily fight against the virus.
This initiative is an opportunity to pay tribute to the exceptional dedication of healthcare professionals combating the COVID-19 pandemic.
HYDROALCOHOLIC GEL MARKETED UNDER THE DUCRAY BRAND
The product will be sold in pharmacies for the maximum retail price of 3 euros (100 ml bottle), as set by the French government, to make this product affordable to all.
We plan to produce at least 300,000 bottles (the equivalent of 30 tons) in April.
We will adjust our production capacity for May based on the availability of the components required for manufacturing this product.
